RB Leipzig secured their fourth consecutive victory in the Bundesliga with a 1-0 win over TSG Hoffenheim at Red Bull Arena on Saturday night.

The match was played in front of a packed house, as both teams looked to build momentum heading into the international break.

Nkunku's goal in the 58th minute proved to be enough for RB Leipzig to secure a clean sheet and three points.

The German striker scored his first goal since the end of October, and he was delighted with the result.

"It feels great to score again after so long," said Nkunku. "It's always nice when you can help your team get a good result."

Hoffenheim were unable to find the back of the net despite creating several chances throughout the game.

Despite the loss, Hoffenheim manager Frank Schaefer praised his players' efforts.

"We had some good moments but unfortunately we couldn't convert them into goals," he said. "We will have to work hard to bounce back from this defeat."

Both sides now head into the international break with one foot in the top four of the Bundesliga table, but it remains to be seen how they will perform once play resumes.
