Kylian Mbappe is set to become the youngest player to win back-to-back Premier League titles, as well as lift the Champions League trophy, after securing Ligue 1 victory on Sunday.

The Frenchman, who turns 22 next month, has already achieved his first treble by winning the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue in consecutive seasons, but he wants more.

Mbappe's success in France has been remarkable, with his performances earning him a move to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) for £189m from Monaco last summer.

But the forward is not content with just being the best player in France, he wants to be one of the best players in Europe.

He told reporters: "I want to play in the Champions League final and I want to win the Champions League with PSG.

"I'm happy to have won the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue, but I want to win the Champions League."

And he believes that PSG can achieve this goal, with their current squad boasting some of the best talent in world football.

"Paris Saint-Germain is a team that has always been strong," Mbappe said.

"We have a lot of young players coming through, we have good strikers like Edinson Cavani and Neymar Jr., we have great defenders like Thiago Silva and Marquinhos, and we have a goalkeeper like Keylor Navas."

Mbappe's success in France will also help him secure a place in the France national team, which he hopes to do at the upcoming World Cup in Russia.

He added: "I hope to represent my country at the World Cup, but I am also looking forward to playing for PSG and helping them win the Champions League."

Mbappe's goalscoring record is impressive, having scored 57 goals in just over two years at PSG, including a hat-trick against Monaco in November.

He has also scored six goals in eight games for France, and he is confident that he can continue to score at the highest level.

"It's always important to keep scoring goals, especially when you're so young," he said.

"But it's also important to work hard and stay fit."
